After the hiatus the site was again occupied during the Early Bronze Age. The latest Early Bronze Age phase Norşuntepe was burnt down. The Middle Bronze Age Norsuntepe was a small settlement only. The Late Bronze Age remains of Norşuntepe were damaged by the later Iron Age occupation. The Early Iron Age remains of Norşuntepe (1150–800 BC) yelded a different cultural material possibly resulted from the influx of immigrants such as the Mushki. During its final occupation period (800–600 BC) Norşuntepe was a part of Urartu.
