The oldest object on the Święcica site is the Mierzanowice culture pit (around 2300-1700 BC), located beneath the older mound (mid-2nd - end of the 4th century BC) of the burial. Probably in the second half of the 10th century, the embankment was enlarged and an urn with the ashes of another deceased was placed in there.
